Redemption of Perks
1.1. All perks must be redeemed in connection with the specific trip for which they were originally booked.
1.2. Perks are strictly non-transferable and may not be applied to any other trip or booking. They also can’t be applied on top of our ‘TrailBlazer’ discount programme.
1.3. Where a particular perk is unavailable due to itinerary constraints, an alternative perk of equivalent value, as determined by Adventure Base, will be provided. No cash alternative shall be offered. - Kit Hire
2.1. This is specific to Crampons and an ice axe. This can be swapped out for a helmet or harness if either of the items aren’t required. -
Airport Transfers
4.1. Airport transfers refer to shared transport services between Geneva Airport and Chamonix town centre, provided in either nine (9) or sixteen (16) seat vehicles. (Therefore only available on the Tour du Mont Blanc trek and Walkers Haute Route trek)
4.2. Airport transfers are subject to availability and are only applicable for arrival and departure times aligned with scheduled shared transfer services.
4.3. Where shared transfer options are unavailable due to unusual or irregular arrival or departure times, this perk shall be deemed non-redeemable. No alternative or compensation shall be provided. -
Packed Lunches
2.1. Packed lunches are provided in accordance with the standard options offered by the relevant refuge.
2.2. Adventure Base shall determine the specific packed lunch option provided to participants. -
Luggage Transfers
3.1. Luggage transfer services are available only in connection with the Tour du Mont Blanc Trek and certain accommodation types and are not available for refuges or accommodations without vehicle access, or those in remote locations.
3.2. Standard luggage transfers include the transportation of one (1) duffel bag for one person, with a maximum weight allowance of fifteen kilograms (15kg).
3.3. Any excess weight above this allowance shall incur additional charges, which shall be the sole responsibility of the bag owner. - Room Upgrade
5.1. Room upgrades will be applied where possible and available.
