Chamonix – Courmayeur

• Please bear in mind that during peak season and on weekends and holidays there can be long delays at the Tunnel du Mont Banc with potential wait times of several hours – we recommend allowing extra time in your planning to account for this.
• For those looking for a more novel and scenic form of transportation, the SkyWay Monte Bianco gondola goes from Courmayeur up and over the Glacier du Géant and Vallée Blanche to the Aiguille du Midi before descending down into Chamonix. Please note this option is only possible in good weather and booking in advance is recommended.
