Adventure Prep
Together with Bodily, we have developed Adventure Prep, a structured 10-week preparation program designed to help you:
- Build strength and stability
- Improve endurance and conditioning
- Reduce the risk of overload and injuries
- Feel confident and physically prepared before departure
The program is delivered through the Bodily app and combines progressive training, clear structure and a nutrition plan that supports performance and recovery.
