The adventure capital of the world is very easy to access. The closest airport is Geneva, which operates regular flights from all major cities (We recommend using Sky Scanner to help plan your flights). Once at the airport, you need to hop on a transfer to Chamonix which takes 1hr 30mins.
Shared transfers cost approximately €55 each way for a direct door to door service with our partners Mountain Drop Offs. We recommend booking your transfers in advance directly with Mountain Drop Offs by clicking here.
Early/Late Season Transfers
During early/mid June and mid/late September shared transfer options may be limited. While you can still book a private transfer this could be quite pricey if you are travelling solo or in a small group. We recommend checking transfer and bus options in advance of booking your flights to ensure there is a suitable onward journey transport option available that matches your budget.
For all of our Chamonix-based trips we typically work with the following accommodations (some may vary depending on availability).
La Chaumière Mountain Lodge, 322 Rte des Gaillands, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc
Chalet Pele, 16 chemin du betty, Rte Blanche, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc
Hotel Pointe Isabelle, 165 Av. Michel Croz, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
We will confirm with you the accommodation for your trip two weeks before in a pre-arrival information email.
Please contact us if you haven’t received your arrival accommodation information within two weeks of your trip.
